Payment Terms

  1. Accepted Payment Methods
    We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover) via our secure payment gateway provided by PayWise (including Linx debit cards).
  2. Currency & Authorisation
    All transactions are processed in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD). Your card will be authorised at the time of purchase and billed to THE WELL KNOWN STORE.
  3. Security
    • All payments are encrypted over HTTPS with industry-standard SSL.
    • We do not store full card details on our servers; PayWise tokenises and securely manages your card data.
  4. Fees & Surcharges
    • We do not levy any additional surcharges for card payments.
    • Any fees applied by your bank or card issuer (e.g. foreign-exchange charges) are your responsibility.
  5. Payment Confirmation
    • You will receive an email confirmation and payment receipt once PayWise authorises the transaction.
    • If authorisation fails, you will be prompted to choose an alternative payment method.
  6. Refunds & Chargebacks
    • All refunds are handled directly by The Well Known Store.

    • ⁠A restocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods purchased will be levied on all returns in perfect condition or if the buyer is unable to pay.
  7. Recurring Billing
    • For any subscription or instalment plans, you authorise PayWise to charge your card automatically on the agreed schedule.

  8. Amendments
    • We may update these terms occasionally; the “Last Revised” date at the top indicates the current version.
    • Continued use of our site after any change constitutes your acceptance.
