- Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover) via our secure payment gateway provided by PayWise (including Linx debit cards). - Currency & Authorisation
All transactions are processed in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD). Your card will be authorised at the time of purchase and billed to THE WELL KNOWN STORE. - Security
- All payments are encrypted over HTTPS with industry-standard SSL.
- We do not store full card details on our servers; PayWise tokenises and securely manages your card data.
- Fees & Surcharges
- We do not levy any additional surcharges for card payments.
- Any fees applied by your bank or card issuer (e.g. foreign-exchange charges) are your responsibility.
- Payment Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation and payment receipt once PayWise authorises the transaction.
- If authorisation fails, you will be prompted to choose an alternative payment method.
- Refunds & Chargebacks
- All refunds are handled directly by The Well Known Store.

- Recurring Billing
- For any subscription or instalment plans, you authorise PayWise to charge your card automatically on the agreed schedule.

- Amendments
