- All returns of purchased items must be made within seven (7) days of purchase and must be accompanied by the receipt or other documentation indicating payment.
- All returned items must be in original packaging and in salable condition .
- Returns will be processed at discretion of seller.
- In the instance where the seller has notified the buyer about a defect on an item / where a defect is discovered and the buyer chooses to proceed with the purchase, the defective item is non-returnable / non-refundable.
- Bill must be presented for ALL returns, exchanges with NO exceptions. Valid exchanges/returns must be done within seven (7) days.
- A restocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods purchased will be levied on all returns in perfect condition or if the buyer is unable to pay.
