TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The Well Known Store is referred to as ‘Seller’ and the purchaser of goods is referred to as ‘Buyer’.

    Goods to be purchased
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] The Seller warrants that the goods to be purchased are as described on the invoice and are of merchantable quality unless otherwise indicated to the Buyer
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] The buyer has the right to inspect the goods before completing payment and/or before the goods leaves the Seller’s premises.
    Terms of Sale
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] The buyer agrees to pay in full fhe prices stated on the printed invoice.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Where the price listed on the invoice has changed , the Seller will notify the Buyer before completing the sale transaction.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Sale prices posted are only available for the specific period / dates posted.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] For purchases conducted remotely, goods will be charged at the relevant prices at the time of dispatch / collection.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] The Seller retains the right to refuse sale on any item/items based on their discretion.
    Payment
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] The Buyer agrees to pay the full price stated on the invoice or otherwise indicated specifically by the seller.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Until the buyer makes the full payment, the property rights in the goods will remain with the seller.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Both parties agree that payment for the goods results in the formation of a contractually binding agreement subject to the terms and conditions listed.
    Delivery Policies
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Where the buyer requests delivery and pays the requisite fee, the seller will facilitate the delivery of the purchased goods in the same condition that the goods were purchased in.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] a. Upon delivery of the purchased goods, the buyer shall inspect the items and if found to be defective/ in fault, should notify both the seller and the delivery person immediately
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] b. In the event the above occurs, buyer has four (4) days to return the item for an exchange/refund. (Unless otherwise discussed with the seller)
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] If items are accepted upon delivery, the seller is no longer responsible for the item.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Delivery will only be made to a reasonably accessible place.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Where the buyer inspects the goods and discovers damage/faults, the Seller will either replace the goods or process a refund in accordance with the standard return policy.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] PLEASE NOTE ; Once an item is picked up by the courier service and is the agreed upon item ,the delivery fee must be honored and is to be paid in full, regardless of whether the item is kept or returned. The delivery services are a separate entity from The Well Known Store and is therefore a separate charge altogether.
    Return/Refund Policy
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] All returns of purchased items must be made within seven (7) days of purchase and must be accompanied by the receipt or other documentation indicating payment.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] All returned items must be in original packaging and in salable condition .
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Returns will be processed at discretion of seller.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] In the instance where the seller has notified the buyer about a defect on an item / where a defect is discovered and the buyer chooses to proceed with the purchase, the defective item is non-returnable / non-refundable.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Bill must be presented for ALL returns, exchanges with NO exceptions. Valid exchanges/returns must be done within seven (7) days.
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Refunds are non-cash refundable. Only credit notes/store credit is given on returns /exchanges, unless whereby agreed upon by the seller.
    Debt Collection and Repossession
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] The buyer will be liable for all reasonable expenses incurred in the collection of debts and repossession of goods that are subject to unpaid balances.

    Waiver
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] The waiver of any clause in this document will not amount to a general waiver of that clause or any other aspect of the document.
    Severance
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] If any clause of this document is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the document will remain in force.
    Consumer Rights
    •⁠ ⁠[ ] Nothing in this affects the operation or enforceability of the statutory rights of consumers under the Sale of Goods Act 1895 as amended.
    The terms and conditions outlined in this document are applicable unless otherwise communicated by the seller specifically.
